Tania Martínez Báez - Educational Projects and Communication Coordinator
Tania Martínez Báez earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Monterrey (UDEM) and a Master's degree in Arts from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, Mexico. Her recent interests and research focus on the intersection of citizen science and education through art practices, public policy, and data visualization from a gender perspective.
Since 2018, she has been a member of the Ma(g)dalena International Network: Feminist Theatre of the Oppressed, which includes groups from Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
Tania has extensive experience working on art education projects for young people in museums, autonomous cultural spaces, and governmental organizations in Mexico, including the Museum of Contemporary Art of Monterrey (MARCO), Lab Cultural Ciudadano de Nuevo León (LABNL), and the Council for Culture and Arts of Nuevo León (CONARTE).
