Science Gallery Directors Forum 2023 advances collaboration across the Network

The Network Directors met at ZKM in Karlsruhe, and agreed to develop our first Network Strategy.

This October 2023, the annual Science Gallery Directors Forum took place outside the usual Network location, with Directors meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany at the ZKM | Center for Art and Media. Directors from Science Gallery Network institutions worldwide converged, in person and virtually, creating a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and cross-cultural experiences aimed at gaining insights from the richness of international diversity and local contexts.

The Directors Forum was a testament to the remarkable ability of the Science Gallery Network to cultivate an authentic, energetic international learning experience. It brought together a unique blend of minds from diverse backgrounds, all united in their commitment to push the boundaries of transdisciplinary approaches.

As the event unfolded, it became evident that the Network functions as a potent catalyst for the global advancement of innovation and leadership. The connections fostered demonstrated Science Gallery's capacity to advance a truly international learning experience and contribute to the ongoing development of innovation and leadership in transdisciplinary fields.
